Fully tested, according to AAMA-WDMA-CSA specifications and Large Missile Impact TAS 201/202/203-94 setting new standards in performance. Design features include a rain screen principal, EPDM gaskets, adjustable heavy duty hinges, multipoint locking hardware, polyamide thermal barrier, mitered corners reinforced with heavy duty corner keys for sturdy construction, and much more. Available as single and double French type doors, inswing or outswing, with or without sidelights and/or overhead transoms offering flexibility in design.
The Series 500 sliding window is a monumental HC or AW thermally improved product providing the very best in aesthetics and energy savings.
The following stock finishes are available:
- Clear Anodized Class I (215-R1)
- Dark Bronze Anodized Class 1 (215-R1)
- Standard finish is White baked on enamel Duracon paint PPG UC-42737
- Standard finish is Quaker Bronze baked on enamel Duracon paint PPG UC-88426
Other custom anodized and Duranar-Kynar 70% finishes are available upon request and will be quoted according to quantities ordered and are subject to minimum square footage requirements.
